Being a celebrity mom doesn't exempt one from the problems regular moms like the rest of us face. Actress Chynna Ortaleza recently posted on Instagram a quote by former Spice Girls-turned-fashion icon Victoria Beckham. It reads: "If you want a career, and be married with children, then you can. It's full-on, but it's doable." In the new mom's caption, she admits that it's hard to be a working mother -- and equally hard to find a good nanny to help with raising kids. "Isa 'yan sa pinaka-mahirap na mahanap: yaya na may puso at malasakit sa pamilya.. yung palagay ang puso mo kahit nasa trabaho ka," Chynna wrote, asking for other moms' advice on how to balance being a parent and having a career.

One also suggested to train kids to be independent early, so that they'd be able to help with the chores. Many others said they just chose their kids over their career, even if the trade-off meant having less financial freedom. They chose to stay at home and take care of their children and maybe resume their career when the kids are older.
At the end of the day, whatever decision any mom makes, it's always what's best for her own family.
