If you ask a child what her father does for a living, chances are she'll tell you that he is an accountant, a teacher, a doctor, or someone who "works with computers." And while those are very interesting professions and no doubt require a great deal of knowledge and training, there are also jobs that most of us have never heard of or which are unusual for men.
Take, for instance, a genealogist. A Google search would tell you that genealogy is the "study of families and the tracing of their lineages and history". Through Smart Parenting's network of contacts, we found one Pinoy dad who does that for a living, and here he shares just how fascinating his job is (they research personal records as far back as the year 1615), and how it has helped him appreciate fatherhood more.
