Just like many Filipino families at this time of the year, actress Judy Ann Santos took some time off to spend some quality time with husband host Ryan Agoncillo and their three kids, Yohan, Lucho, and Luna. The brood recently came back from a family vacation in the U.S, which included a visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth" and the beach at Newport, California.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
The U.S. trip was another milestone for the family -- it was Luna's first family vacation abroad! During a magazine photo shoot of Judy Ann and her kids, SmartParenting.com.ph got a chance to interview the mom of three before she left for the U.S. On how she was managing the task of packing their luggage, Judy Ann shared her secret was delegating age-appropriate tasks to the older kids. "Tatlo sila -- hindi ko sila kayang isa-isahin!" she quipped.

"What I normally do with Yohan I let her pack her things because she’s 12 already. She needs to be responsible for being able to organize her stuff," the Bet on Your Baby host said. "So ang chapter ko kay Yohan ngayon is teaching her to pack and unpack her things," Judy Ann added.
When it comes to the younger ones, Judy Ann packed clothes in sets. "Yung kay Lucho, naka-separate na sa mga bag organizers yung mga damit niya; naka-set na siya [per day]," she shared. Judy Ann made sure to set aside outfits for at least three to four days, so she doesn't have to worry about them and focus her attention on her youngest.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Luna, who just turned 1 last January, obviously needs her the most. "Siyempre kay Luna lang mas maraming ganap kasi ang dami-daming gamit," Judy Ann said. After mentioning essentials like diapers, lotion, mosquito repellants, Judy Ann remarked, "Mas marami lang siguro akong dadalhing zip lock [bags] ngayon."
Even with three kids in tow, Judy wanted to pack light, although she admitted it seemed impossible. She said each member of the family was traveling with at least two pieces of luggage each. "At least for Yohan and Lucho, tag-isa sila. Yung isang [luggage], walang laman kasi para na yun sa mga bago nilang bibilhin, at least sila na yung maglalagay dun," Judy Ann shared.
The actress is thankful that she has two older kids who are independent for their age so she can just supervise. But, she points out, "I love having my hands full, at least, for my children."

Judy Ann and Ryan are reportedly celebrating their eighth wedding anniversary (which happens to be tomorrow, April 28) in Italy, where they will also attend a friend's wedding. It will just be the two of them.
At the press conference for the second season of Bet On Your Baby, Judy Ann hinted that it'd be nice to have another boy, "kasi ang lambing-lambing talaga ng boy, kasi kapag girl, daddy talaga," Judy Ann explained. "Pero si Lucho fills me with so much love. Okay na buong-buo ako kay Lucho."
The actress added, "Pero kung biyayaan ako ng isa pa, okay lang naman. Pero Lord, hindi agad. Though okay na kami sa tatlo, kumpleto na kami it's parang perfect bilang isang pamilya."ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
