    This seminar is for teachers on how to upgrade their teaching knowledge and skills in order to identify and properly correct common reading and writing difficulties. Aspects such as word reading, oral reading fluency, vocabulary and reading comprehension will be discussed.

    Venue: Walter Hogan Conference Hall, Institute of Social Order, Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City
    Date: April 11 to12, 2011 (Monday to Tuesday)

    Part 2: Focus on Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension
    Also for educators, this seminar discusses the different levels and severity of reading difficulty among students from grade school to high school levels. Effective approaches and strategies for improving vocabulary and reading comprehension will be taught.
