  • Every year, we celebrate National Breastfeeding Awareness Month in August in the Philippines, and this year's theme is “Breastfeeding and Family Planning: Keys to Sustainable Development”.

    Whether you're a mom who wants to learn how to breastfeed, or someone who wishes to lend support to a loved one who is breastfeeding, here are a few activities you can take an active part in this month:

    Breastfeeding Photo Exhibit

    2nd International Breastfeeding Congress

    Fee: P3,000 up
    The ongoing conference aims to empower the breastfeeding triad of mother, baby and breastfeeding support groups by tackling the different issues they face. For more information, visit their website.

    Hakab Na! 2016
