The first couple of months are going to be tough, regardless of which feeding method you choose, so think about other things, like the health of your baby.”

    Summer of GrowingYourBaby.com suggests, “If you are a breastfeeding mom and you find that you are having trouble getting enough sleep, remember that there are options you can choose from such as scheduled feedings, pumping milk, or having someone else feed the baby at night.”
