  • Followers of Iya Villania Arellano were 'shookt' when her husband Drew Arellano reacted to her sexy photos wearing a two-piece swimsuit.

"Bahala ka! Mabubuntis ka na naman niyan eh!" said Drew.

To which Iya replied, "Talaga lang ha?? Sure ka??"

Iya is currently 8 months pregnant with their fourth child, whom the couple announced is a boy.

Netizens, and even Iya's co-host Camille Prats, dropped laughing emojis, and even said, "Chill, Drew!" Others even said, "Biyahe ka muna, Drew!" referring to the host's travel show.

Kidding aside, Iya remarked in a previous story that they are open to having more kids. She said, "The energy, the love, the joy...you’d like to have more kids. Getting kids is a trap. You will want to have more."

Iya, on her post, said that she feels sexiest and most confident with her body when she is pregnant.

"For those of you who know me, I'm quite conservative. So to see me in a swimsuit must mean I'm confident."

She adds, "Not long before we meet the little man inside my belly. 6 more weeeks!"

She is expected to give birth to her fourth child in June 2022. Their three kids are Primo, 5; Leon, 3; and Alana, 1.

How to feel confident with your postpartum body

Iya inspires a lot of moms for her workout posts even when she's pregnant and most importantly when she is getting back in shape after giving birth.

Mindy Lagdameo, a mom of 2 and a UK certified pregnancy and postpartum fitness specialist, shares tips for moms on how they can feel confident about their postpartum body.

    1. Your body is going through a lot postpartum, and it's temporary.

In an Instagram post, Coach Mindy shared, "Your insides will be rearranging themselves in your first 6 weeks postpartum, and your middle feels totally absent." She advises moms to wear their binders for 6 weeks only unless specified by their OB.

She adds, "Your body will produce a lot of fluids to aid in tissue healing, don't panic if your body bloats after delivery. This is temporary."

    2. You may not like the person you see in the mirror, and it's normal.

Coach Mindy has helped over 900 moms feel better about their bodies again through her Mamafit program. She assures moms, "You may look in the mirror and not see you. You may feel lost. Eventually you will find yourself again." Moms are invited to join Coach Mindy's free Mamafit masterclass on May 5 via Zoom. Learn more here.

    3. Don't feel guilty if you want to feel good about your body again.

Coach Mindy adds, "You must do whatever it is you need to do to feel human, whole and happy, so that your family can be whole and happy too."
