Garie Concepcion Expects 'Greatest Gift' With Michael Pangilinan 'At Most Unexpected Time'

Garie Concepcion is pregnant with her first child with partner and fellow singer Michael Pangilinan.

Garie, who's also an actor like her father Gabby Concepcion and her older sister KC Concepcion, shared the good news on March 5, 2023 via Instagram.

"Life lately," Garie said in the video post. "I've had my fair of highs and lows this past year. Lows that made me feel my feet were constantly sinking through sand and highs that make me feel like I was standing on clouds."

She added, "These things and experiences that sometimes make you question must have a purpose in this journey called life. Some of you may be wondering what's going on with me the past couple of months.

"I would post a little on my social media accounts. But it still won't give away much about me and what life must be lately."

She then admitted, "The struggle has been real, but I hang on to the thought that God is somehow redirecting my life for the better. He's preparing me for the biggest role of my life. I am about to embark on a life journey that is very dear to me.

"An adventure I know will change me and my life forever. Out of all the surprises that life has thrown at me, this by far is the best one yet."

At this point, images associated with pregnancy started flashing, from home pregnancy test results to sonogram prints.

Garie went on with her story, addressing her baby-on-the-way: "To our dear Miracle, you have been such a blessing since the day we found out. You came to us at the most at the most unexpected time, but you are the greatest gift that Mommy and Daddy can ever receive."

She pointed out, "We are not perfect, but we will try our hardest to be the best parent that we can be for you. We pray that you grow up to be a person happy and deeply rooted in faith. Always remember that you are already loved even before you were born."

She then expressed her excitement for their baby's arrival, "We cannot wait to meet you, hold you in our arms, and watch you grow up to be the best person you truly want to be.

"Thank you for choosing us to be your parents. But most of all, thank you, Lord Jesus, for blessing us with our litte one. See you in a few months, Baby Bean. Coming soon this May 2023."
