If you’re taking yoga for the first time, then a beginner’s class is more advisable to help ease yourself into the routine. Avoid extreme stretches after the first trimester. It is best to take a class that encourages breathing and getting in touch with your unborn child, ideally under an instructor experienced in prenatal yoga.
