Moms have days when they just want to lounge in sweatpants. But we can agree that gone are the days when motherhood meant losyang. Moms are taking good care of themselves that sometimes it’s hard to tell they actually have kids!

The actress gave birth to daughter Letizia last November 2015. Yet three months later during a vacation in Palawan, she posted the Instagram photo above that showed her donning a bikini.
How did the first inductee of FHM 100 Sexiest Hall of Fame--she has been FHM’s Sexiest Woman thrice-- do it? "Sabi kasi nila pagnagpapa-breastfeed daw pumapayat, eh. Baka 'yun lang talaga 'yung nangyayari sa akin ngayon,” she said in an interview last April. “Actually, hindi pa ako pwede mag-diet, hindi pa ako pwede mag-exercise [kasi nagpapa-breastfeed ako.] So kailangan may nutrisyon pa rin ang kinakain ko. Hindi pwede mag-diet, eh. Hanggang nagpapa-breastfeed.”
Marian also revealed she has a daily dose of malunggay, which is packed with nutrients and which aids her in her breastfeeding. “As in araw-araw talaga kailangan may sabaw akong malunggay.”

The 38-year-old actress is a mother of two kids, yet she seems to be in better shape now, thanks to an intense fitness routine that she shares on her Instagram. In an interview on Gandang Gabi Vice last year, she credits her genes to her lithe frame, but she thinks motherhood made her sexier.
“Yung itsura ko nung nanganak ako, mas lumaki yung hips ko, which is gusto ko kasi hindi ako balakangin, e. Tapos mas lalo akong nagka-shape. Yung mga payat maiintindihan nila ‘yan. Yung iba, gusto nagi-gain. Ako, pag nagi-gain ako, mas gusto ko kasi before pa manipis na talaga ako.”

Would you believe that this sexy actress is a mom of five kids? Yet like the others on this list, there doesn’t seem to be trace of any pregnancy weight gain. In fact, she still looks as sexy as she did during the earlier years of her showbiz career.
Just like Aubrey, Ina said that she has always been thin. “Olive Oyl nga ang tawag sa akin nung high school ako. Pag nagi-gain ako ng weight, noon masaya ako.”
Now in her late 30s and a self-confessed Zumba and boxing addict, Ina said that she has to work harder to maintain her good figure. “Ngayon na lima na ang anak ko, syempre talagang gine-gauge ko yung kailangan. Mino-monitor ko.” She added that she gained so much weight before so she started eating better and working out in the gym to regain her figure.
This mom greeted 2016 by being on the cover of FHM Philippines January 2016 issue (she was also the magazine’s Sexiest Woman in 2015), and she landed the cover of Esquire's June issue (the photo above is one of the inside photos). We all know her secret: she keeps a very active lifestyle and does a number of sports such as swimming, jogging, cross-training, biking, triathlon, yoga, among others. Kasi if you're not eating healthy, it will show on your face, eh. Haggard ka, black eyes ka. So, healthy eating lang. Small portions and exercise konti."
Just a few months after giving birth to her now 1-year-old daughter Amarah, ABS-CBN actress Cristine Reyes was able to wear a two-piece bikini. “Actually, I eat anything I want. But I do it with moderation,” she shared in an interview with PEP.ph. ““Sometimes naman, nasa bahay lang ako with Amarah and I do my own exercises. Sa pag-aalaga na lang sa baby, nae-exercise ka na rin.”
It helps though that her husband, Ali Khatibi, is a mixed-martial artist, and has influenced Cristine to learn and train in jiu-jitsu, which has become their couple time.

She has three teenage daughters, but Sunshine can still pull off a two-piece bikini. "Ako, as a mom, single mom of three, I want to inspire other moms na not because meron na kayong mga anak, magpapabaya na kayo sa katawan,” said Sunshine. “Dapat alagaan ninyo pa rin rin ang sarili ninyo. Not for your husband, not for other people, but for yourself.
“Kasi nag-iisa lang ang katawan natin, so we should stay healthy. If you want to live long, you have to take care of your loved ones, your family, your kids, kailangan malakas ka.”
