Six months into the pregnancy is the ideal time to start preparing for your big day. It's the time work on your birth plan plus everything that's related to giving birth, including the things you'll need when D-day comes.
Aurelin Fernando, a certified doula from Gentle Hands Birthing Clinic, suggests that instead of preparing just one big bag, prepare three. First, you need the labor support's bag, which contains important documents and everything that has to do with labor and delivery. Then, when you've finally welcomed your little one, that's the time you'll need the baby's bag and mommy's bag.
With three bags, you'll feel more in control and organized especially when those labor contractions. This way, it will be easier for hubby or partner to get you the things you need.
