  • With travel bans lifting and restrictions easing, travel is no longer taboo. It's time to get out into the world and start exploring again! And part of exploring means getting to experience different climates. Cold weather countries, in particular, are a treat to visit. Not only do they provide a quick respite from the blistering Philippine heat, they also allow you dip your toes in the realm of fall/weather fashion.

It's time to (momentarily) ditch your sun hats and flip-flops. Below, scroll through our list of fall weather must-haves, as seen on these stylish celebrity moms.

    1. Close-fitting long-sleeved top

When it comes to cooler temperatures, the long-sleeved top is a suitcase staple. You can wear them on their own to offset the bulkiness of your outerwear, or make like Dawn Zulueta and use this piece to layer. Here, she wore a textured long-sleeved top under a shift dress to break up a monochromatic look.

    2. Button-down

A button-down is a versatile piece that can easily transform your look. You can take styling cues from Sunshine Cruz and layer one over a tank top if the weather permits, but this can easily be applied to a fitted tee or long-sleeved top. We especially like how she tied the piece around her midsection to create a defined waist, which is exactly what you want to avoid getting lost in all the layers.

    3. Blazer

No longer just for the office, an easy blazer is just the thing to add a bit of polish to your vacay looks. Here, Cheska Kramer breaks up an otherwise monochromatic outfit by accessorizing in peachy hues.

    4. Local Weaves

Show off our indigenous textiles and bring a piece that proudly displays local craftsmanship. Rica Peralejo Bonifacio wore her inabel Thread & Co vest with a turtleneck and wide leg trousers for a dressier look, but you could easily throw the vest over jeans and a T-shirt for a more casual vibe.

    5. Neutral Pair of Sneakers

If you plan on doing a lot of sightseeing, pack a pair of sneakers in a neutral hue. You can wear them with dresses and trousers, or you can make like Anne Curtis and wear them with your favorite jeans.

    6. Monochrome Look for the Airport

Wearing one color from head to toe is the easiest way to look coordinated, and makes a cute airport fit, too! Isabelle Daza wore a lime green ensemble to the airport and paired it with sneakers for a look that's equal parts eye-catching and cozy.

    7. Trench Coat

Fretting about outerwear options? We'll make it easy for you: Pack a beige trench coat. You can cinch it at the waist to flatter your silhouette or wear it open to show off your OOTD. As stepmom Heart Evangelista demonstrates, you can even use the timeless piece to elevate a pair of sweats.

    8. Scarves

Don't forget to accessorize! Jodi Sta. Maria demonstrates the power of a pop of color by draping a bold red scarf across her bag. Not only does it brighten up her all-black ensemble, it's also a great way to stave off the cold when the temperatures drop in the evening.

    9. Coordinating looks for your whole brood

If you're looking to snap picture perfect memories, plan your family's looks around a certain color palette. You can choose a neutral color palette consisting of black, white, and cream just like the Kramers. Plus, it's a great way to get your social media savvy teens in on it because it looks so good on the 'gram.
