Sitti Renews Wedding Vows With Husband Joey on 10th Anniversary

Singer Sitti Navarro renewed her wedding vows with husband Joey Ramirez on January 20, opening her Facebook post with a lighthearted reflection: “Ten years pa lang, nag-renew na kayo?” and “Nag-e-expire pala ang marriage?”
In the same post, Sitti explained why renewing their vows mattered to her and their family. “I had two reasons for wanting to renew our marriage on our tenth year,” she wrote. “First, so our girls would see Joey and I recommitting to our covenant, and two, I selfishly wanted to see them walk down the aisle with us as our flower girls.”
She shared that the idea initially felt like wishful thinking until she brought it up with her husband. “When I floated the idea to Joey, he said that he also wanted to have a renewal of vows. Eh submissive ako,” she joked.
The vow renewal took place at Baguio Country Club, a venue significant to the couple. Sitti thanked the friends and creatives who helped make the ceremony possible, many of whom were also part of their original wedding. Joey wore a personalized barong embroidered with drawings by their daughters, while the girls wore coordinated gowns.
She also revealed that this was not their first time renewing vows. “Joey and I have actually renewed our vows three times already, at the couples’ retreats that we have joined,” she wrote. “It is always the most precious and heart-tugging thing, to look into your husband’s eyes and to repeat the words you first said at your wedding.”
Reflecting on those moments, Sitti shared what recommitting means to her. “To feel in your heart that yes, Lord, I still want to be married to this man, I still commit to loving him faithfully until the day I die,” she wrote, adding that she remains grateful that her husband “has not given up on me and still takes me to be his wife.”

Sitti and Joey Ramirez were married in May 2015 and are parents to two daughters, Issiah and Osseah. In her post, Sitti shared that involving their children in the vow renewal was intentional, allowing them to witness commitment as an active choice.
She ended her post on a hopeful note. “We’ll most likely renew our vows again on our 20th year, by God’s grace and favor. Pero baka sa bahay na lang,” she wrote.
