Bea Benedicto, Jech Tiu Just Dropped the Cutest Pregnancy Reveal Ever

So yes, we’re melting over Jech Tiu’s announcement that he and wife Bea Benedicto are expecting—and they shared the news in the most adorable and totally on-brand way.

The lawyer and content creator kicked things off on Instagram, replying to a comment from a follower asking, “Where na si @bea_benedicto. Why wala na siya posts? Unless she has another account? I dunno. I miss her already! 😟”

Jech responded with a smile: “Hindi ko naman tinatago si Bea, dito lang siya o,” revealing Bea in the background. Then came the surprise:  Jech blindfolded Bea and put on a pair of new sneakers on her feet, and then proceeded to show off his own twinning pair. Jech then pulled out a tiny box containing an even smaller pair of sneakers. “Syempre kumuha din ako nito,” he said.

Cue: A chorus of “Aaw’s”—and from Bea herself 🥹.

The social media personality, actress, and TV host posted her own version of the announcement on TikTok, again replying to another comment that read: “You both will make great parents 🫶.” The video shows Jech holding another pair of small shoes while Bea proudly displays her baby bump.

In the caption of the TikTok video, Bea reveals that she’s 19 months pregnant and feels ready to share her pregnancy with the world, writing, “It has been a very difficult past few months, so I’m sorry for disappearing, but our baby’s doing great, so @Jech Tiu and I are fighting, too!”

“My husband and I never thought we’d be blessed with something so precious, so we’d really appreciate it if you could pray for us as we gear up to be the best parents possible. 🤍”

Bea ends the post by saying she’s on bed rest and, “Just wanted to let you guys know that I’m alive and that we already feel our little one wiggling around in my puson. 💞💞💞”

Earlier this year, Bea opened up about their trying-to-conceive journey on Instagram. She wrote at the time, “In 2024, I went from being at the peak of my health and happiness to reaching my most down and depressed. All because we really want a baby.” Moreover, she revealed that they went through 8 sessions of artificial insemination in one year, “They all failed, of course, and I’ve honestly just been feeling so traumatized by this whole experience because I didn’t realize how hard it would be.”

Still, even in the toughest moments, Bea found strength in Jech, writing, “I just feel so blessed because I have a husband who supports and loves me no matter what.”
