Lovi Poe just introduced her new baby to the world last week. Now, the actress has wowed fans again—this time with a short video showing her body during the last week of pregnancy and just two weeks postpartum. And all anyone can say is: “Paano?”

“Last week of pregnancy vs. 2 weeks postpartum ♥️,” Lovi captioned the video. “Proof that self-love with @readysetglowph is always here to keep us glowing through every stage ✨.”

The video features Lovi doing her makeup while heavily pregnant, followed by a quick cut to her post-baby look—slim waist, glowing skin, and what seems like baby abs. The transformation had fans flooding the comments with reactions like “Paano mo ginawa ’yan?” and “Parang hindi ka naman nanganak!”

It’s no surprise, really. Lovi first revealed her pregnancy through a sexy teaser and maternity shoot for a brand. Even during pregnancy, she embraced her body with style and confidence.

And while it’s okay to admire women like Lovi who seem to have bounced back quickly from their pregnancy, it’s important to remember that every mother’s journey is different. For most moms, it takes time to recover or even feel comfortable in their “new” postpartum body, whatever size it may be. There’s no timeline to heal, and no standard for what a postpartum body should look like.

Remember: motherhood doesn’t come with a timeline. What matters most is a healthy mom and baby, and giving yourself grace as your body recovers. As Lovi also wrote, with self-love and self-care, women can keep glowing at any stage.
