LOOK: Babies At A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Dress Up For Halloween, Too!

It's unimaginable what it must feel like having your newborn admitted in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). A NICU is a place that is full of uncertainties, and it's sure to cause parents stress and worry.

This October, however, the NICU at Aurora Health Care Unit in Wisconsin in the United States became a little less glum as they held their annual Halloween costume competition. Garbed in adorable costumes, these bundles of joy brought smiles and cheer, tiny as they are.

1. Ashe, the little burrito

This is Ashe, not a spicy burrito but is definitely wrapped sweetly enough to capture your heart. 

2. Paisley, a scrumptious cupcake 

Paisley dressed as a sweet cupcake will surely make you feel better.  

3. Thea and twins Emma and Zoey, the colorful butterflies 

Twins Emma and Zoey, together with Thea, are as lovely as butterflies could be. 

 

4. The real fighters: Raphael, Beau, Caiden, and Nadia as superheroes

They're ready to save the world—Raphael as Robin and Beau as Batman, and twins Caiden and Nadia as Superman and Wonder Woman. 

 

5. Twins Miabella and Emberly, the cheesiest popcorn

You will surely want to grab a bucket of these popcorn babies! 

6. Grant and twins Ariana and Arielli, the lovable pumpkins

These three are the cutest pumpkins in the pumpkin patch!
