  • The first Ayala mall in the Pasig-Ortigas central business district is now open!

Located at #30 Meralco Avenue, Ayala Malls The 30th becomes a warm haven for young professionals, students, and families of Pasig, helping them to live out their lives to the fullest. Just north of the site lies modern residential developments such as the Renaissance Towers and The Alexandra, as well as schools like St. Paul Pasig.

For those living and working in the area, Ayala Malls The 30th becomes your sweet escape right in your backyard. Here at this cozy neighborhood mall, you and your family can pursue all your interests. Here are just a few things you can do at this cozy community mall in the north:

    1. Eat.

There is no shortage of good eats at The 30th! Take your pick from Conti's, Max's, Morganfield's, Ramen Nagi, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Pancake House, Mamou, Starbucks, S&R Pizza, Genki Sushi, Pepper Lunch, Yellow Cab, Chatime, Serenitea, all of which are already operational or on soft opening, while a lot more, like Mama Lou's, will be opening soon!

    2. Do your groceries.

No need to rush to cook a meal, as Rustan's Supermarket is just a few steps away. Get your pantry staples and fresh produce at the Lower Ground Floor of The 30th.

    3. Shop.

Don't be fooled by the term "community mall" -- The 30th may be dwarfed by most other Ayala commercial developments, but it houses close to 28,000 square meters of exciting and carefully-selected retail options, which include Mango, Bench, Cotton On, Mustela, Giordano, Wonderbake, Ogalala, Abenson, LEGO Store, Fullybooked, National Bookstore, Digital Walker, Melissa, and a lot more.

    4. Get services.

While waiting to fetch your child, why don't you: Try a new 'do (Piandre, Bruno's Barbers). Have new eyeglasses fitted (George Optical, Vision Express). Get a mani-pedi (Nail Tropics). Buy medicines (Mercury Drug, Watsons). Do your banking (BPI). Sweat it out (Gold's Gym). Have your brows fixed (Maxwax, Ooh La Lash). Bring your pet for grooming (Dogs and the City). Have your ID picture taken (The Picture City). Send a package (LBC). Exchange currency (Core Pacific Money Exchange).

    5. Have fun with the family.

Catch the latest movies at Ayala Malls The 30th, which houses four state-of-the-art cinemas, two of which boast recliner seats for the ultimate watching experience.

For the kids, they could definitely spend a few hours of enjoyment outdoors at the "corte", or get their game on at Active Fun or Timezone. But if you're looking for a different kind of family activity, Mystery Manila's four new themed rooms are a must-try.

"They are all inspired by different movies," says Errol Magdato, one of the venture's partners. "One is Star Wars-inspired, so you'll find yourselves inside the 'spaceship' which you need to escape from within one hour. The second one is magic-themed a la Harry Potter, and we call it the Sorcerer's Stone. In it, your mission is to recover the Sorcerer's stone in 60 minutes. In the third one, you'll be like Sherlock Holmes trying to solve a mystery. The last one is horror-themed (and may not be suitable for young kids), where you will find yourself kidnapped and trapped inside a morgue. You need to escape from the morgue within one hour." These new rooms are being introduced first at the Mystery Manila branch at Ayala Malls The 30th.
