Luckily, we stumbled upon Daiesumi Digital Café in The Podium, Mandaluyong, a Japanese-inspired café that offers a unique dining experience: you can print photos on their food and drinks!

This cool, new spot opened its doors in December 2019 and is quickly gaining popularity for its fresh offerings. If you enjoy coffee and milk tea, you can personalize your order by choosing a photo, uploading it on their app, and then having that photo digitally-printed on your drink. We’re sure the whole family will get a kick seeing their faces on their cups — not to mention, the drinks taste great, too!

Apart from drinks, the café also offers yummy Japanese food like rice bowls, pasta and fluffy pancakes — order a 3-piece pancake and get free milk tea! They even have special karaage and sausage bentos for the kids, which comes in a cute box they won’t be able to resist. For dessert, they have a variety of cakes, including their signature milk chocolate and dark chocolate truffle cake.

Let your kids take charge of ordering — each table comes with a tablet where you can choose your food and drinks without having to interact with the baristas.

Another unique feature of the café is its Print Lab, where you can have business cards, marketing materials, invitations, stickers, and even shirts, printed while you wait. It’s nice to know that they offer such service, should you ever need it.
