Everything you need to know about Disney+
What is Disney+?
Disney+ is the Walt Disney Company’s upcoming streaming service, intended to compete with others like Netflix and Apple TV+. A paid subscription to Disney+ will give customers access to a vast library of Disney series and movies, content from studios under Disney such as Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Fox, and National Geographic, and original projects.
Disney also controls the streaming service Hulu, so customers have the option of purchasing Disney+ as a Hulu add-on. When the service is launched, customers can also get a bundled package with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

The service will include a vast majority of the productions in the Disney catalog, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. While it will feature productions from recent years, like Frozen, Moana, and Descendants, classic productions like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and The Parent Trap will also be available.
Newer releases such as Toy Story 4, the live-action The Lion King, and Star Wars: Episode IX — The Rise of Skywalker will be available on Disney+ after their theatrical and home-video releases.
The service will also be premiering lots of original content, including several Star Wars projects like the series The Mandalorian and a prequel to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Some live-action series under Marvel are in the works, like The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and WandaVision.
Finally, other original series you can expect on Disney+ are a Toy Story 4 spinoff called Forky Asks a Question, a cartoon based on the Monsters, Inc. franchise called Monsters at Work, a Hannah Montana revival, and some shows from National Geographic.
