Enchanted Kingdom: What You Need To Know Before You Go

Proud to be the only world-class theme park in the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom (EK) boasts of its rides and attractions that would evoke “magical experiences and memories that last a lifetime.” Following a year or so of lockdown to restricted number of people to accommodate in public spaces, they are now at 100% park capacity, as per IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1. 

Situated at San Lorenzo South, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, approximately an hour away (or less) of Manila, here’s your ultimate guide in booking that trip to that amusement park where magic lives forever:

Enchanted Kingdom Opening Hours

August 1-31, 2023: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00am-08:00pm

September 1-17, 2023: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00am-08:00pm

September 18- Dec 17, 2023: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00am-08:00pm

Dec 18-Dec 30, 2023: Daily 11:00am-08:00pm

Open on December 24 and Dec 31, 10:00am-07:00pm

Ninoy Aquino Day, National Heroes Day, and Bonifacio Day all fall on a Monday and they are open from 11:00am-08:00pm

Enchanted Kingdom Ticket Rates, Ticket Partners

• Ekspress One Day Pass – P2000 - unlimited use of Park’s major and kiddie rides (except gated attractions) with Ekspress Ride Access
• Regular Day Pass – P1100 - Unlimited Use of Park Rides
• Junior Day Pass – P770 - Unlimited Use of Park Rides for guests between 36in to 47in tall

• Senior Citizen | PWD – P770 - Discounted rate upon presentation of Senior Citizen or PWD ID
• Junior PWD – P550 - Discounted rate upon presentation of PWD ID for guests between 36 in to 47 in tall
• Eksperience Magic Card – P3500 - Be a Member and have a 1-year pass of unlimited admission, discounts, benefits and more
• Free - Children whose height is 35 in and below 

You can book ticket online through their website, EK Online Store, Onsite (walk-in) and through ticket partners such as Klook, Ticketnet, Traveloka, SM Tickets and Shared Treats. Tickets are subject to change without prior notice, best to check website and ticket partners beforehand. The EK Online Store accepts major credit and debit cards, including GCash.

For online tickets, print a copy with QR code or present the QR code from your mobile phone at the Front gate entry. 

Enchanted Kingdom Safety Protocols

A new queuing system will be followed such as floor markers for social distancing and waiting time between ride cycles for disinfection. 

Expectant mothers are only allowed to ride the Grand Carousel and Boulderville Express.

The park reminds that while on attractions, keep the hands, arms, legs and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times.

Smoking and Vaping is not allowed inside the premises. 

The following are not allowed inside the EK premises:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Cigarettes, E-cigarettes and Lighters
• Drugs and deadly weapons
• Food & beverages
• Pets (except for service animals such as seeing eye dogs)
• Wheeled items (bikes, trolley, skateboards, shoes with rollers, scooters)
• Sports balls
• Permanent markers and felt tip pens and playing cards
• Cremated remains (e.g. urn, vases, boxes)
• Sharp and pointed objects
• Speakers
• Whistle
• Musical instruments (e.g. Flute, drumstick, drums)
• Flashlights
• Pepper Spray
• Binoculars
• Tools
• Drones
• Other electronic gadgets (e.g. hair curlers and hair iron)

No need to bring your vaccination card but feel free to bring a copy for reference or verification. The park will give access to those both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. Masks are voluntary (but still highly encouraged) following the guidelines of IATF for Alert level 1.

How to go to Enchanted Kingdom?

You can use Waze or Google Maps if you are driving to EK. There is a vast open parking outside the park for your vehicles.

If you are commuting from NCR, ride a Jac Liner or BBL Transit bus from Pasay City bus station, near Buendia LRT station going to Balibago (Walter Mart Sta. Rosa). Depending on traffic conditions, travel time must be from 45 mins to 1 hour. Tricycles are typically available from Waltermart to EK. 

EK Magical Packages

EK offers magical packages to celebrate birthdays, coming of age (debutante’s ball), homecoming, marriage proposal, matrimony, family reunion, and Junior-Senior Prom. Corporate packages for team building are also available as Magicalympics. Educational trips can also be booked with their fieldtrip masters. Enchanted Kingdom Rides and Attractions

Aside from the classics such as Space Shuttle, Flying Fiesta, Jungle Log Jam, Rialto and Rio Grande Rapids, you can now also experience 7D Interactive Motion Theater (using technology and senses to battle invaders), Agila the EKsperience (seeing the Philippines through the eyes of an eagle), Alcatraz (escape the haunted jail cells of Alcatraz), and Ekaleidoscope (interactive, inflatable trampoline).

There are also special shows every weekend featuring world-class performances of EK’s cast and crew, along with daily zone shows presenting dinos, Portabello dancers, Arabian dancers and some Uptown girls and downtown boys, too. 

EK Merchandise

Memories are best paired with souvenirs to relive each magical moment and discovery at Enchanted Kingdom. The park offers home and personal essentials, toy plushies, t-shirts and other accessories. You can bring home a large wizard Eldar for P1250. 

EK Gift Shops

Some of the stores will be open for gifts and souvenirs. Merchandise is disinfected regularly with steam cleaners. However, trying of apparel and accessories will be discouraged at this time. Sizing guide will be available though. 

Cashless Transactions

EK is encouraging the use of cashless transactions through major debit and credit cards, including GCash. Contactless transactions are preferred and food trays will be provided for food orders to minimize direct contact.

Pre-ordered food bundled with ticket purchase will be claimed at the Amazon Grill/Launch Time restaurant at a designated area. 

Enchanted Kingdom Fireworks Display

The classic, captivating, magical fireworks display or also known as Enchanted Kingdom’s Sky Wizardry is now allowed under IATF guidelines-Alert Level 1 which is being showcased from Friday to Sunday around 7 pm.
