    What to do

Visit the National Museum of Natural History

It's finally open! Explore the halls of the National Museum of Natural History in Rizal Park, Manila with the kids this weekend.

Marvel at the stunning architecture and learn about the rich and animal plant life in the Philippines with exhibits, interactive activities, life-size models, and more. Spot the skeleton of Lolong, once the world's largest crocodile!

Head to the Art Infusion Fair in Anya Resort

If you're up for a little roadtrip with the family, head to Anya Resort in Tagaytay for their first ever Art Infusion Fair. It’s happening this Saturday, June 2, starting at 10 a.m. at Anya Resort Tagaytay, Buenavista Hills Road, Tagaytay City.

Aside from a bazaar of local brands offering clothes, home decor, food, and more, there's also going to be scheduled events the whole family can take part in. There are workshops about essential oils and a beer-crafting session for mom and dad. And, just for kids is a street dance workshop and pizza-making class. Capping of the day is an outdoor movie by the pool. Walk-in guests are welcome and registration is free!

    Where to unwind

Stroll through the Evia Lifestyle Center mall

If you're looking for a spot with a laid-back vibe in Metro Manila, take the family to Evia Lifestyle Center, a mall along Daang Hari Road in Las Piñas City. Aside from shops, it also houses a fully-enclosed, air-conditioned atrium — the perfect place for you when you want to stay indoors while being outdoors. It's a garden/park within the confines of the mall!

Have a picnic at a park

The Washington Sycip Park at Legaspi St. in Makati is just the place for a picnic. The abundance of trees make for cool shade under the hot summer sun. You'll also find koi ponds, gazebos, a Japanese garden and art installations. Come on a Sunday and you'll find the Legazpi Market nearby.
