The Baby and Family Expo is back for its third year! There will be over 100 brands and booths, workshops including celebrity talks and a parent entrepreneurship seminar, and loads of fun-filled activities like fashion shows, arts and crafts, and even a toy museum -- and we’ve only just touched the surface. The event is happening from Saturday to Sunday, September 5 and 6, at the Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City. Manila’s 1st Picnic Pop-up is happening this Saturday, September 5, and they’ve packed the day with activities that the whole family can do and enjoy. There’s going to be a kids yoga session, a DIY ice cream parlor, craft sessions, live art and music, and will be capped off with a picnic-inspired flash mob dinner under the stars. Donate milk

An exclusive event called Mommy Milkshare: A Milkdrive for Moms Who Care is happening this Saturday, September 5. Moms who want to donate breast milk will be treated to talks, counseling and lootbags. Donors can either bring frozen breast milk expressed between July and September 2015 or express milk on-site. Shadows, in movies, are used as horror elements, creepy and foreboding. But shadows can be whimsical and magical too as shown by the PHSA Shadowplay by the Philippine High School for the Arts. Witness the movements of shadows and lights this Saturday, September 5, 10 a.m. at Museo Pambata, Manila. Also at the museum on Sunday, September 6, 2:30 p.m. they’ll be teaching visitors how to recreate the sound of the rain by helping them make their own rain tubes.
