Before the year ends, here’s another fun workshop your kids can join: The McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop! Unlike its previous editions, this workshop goes online for the first time ever since it was introduced around 20 years ago! McDonald’s took this route so kids can still experience the workshop while prioritizing everyone’s safety.
Create 2021: McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Online Workshop began last November 2021 and will continue holding sessions until December 29. Registration is done online. To register your kids, go to the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew website, and choose a schedule for you and your kids.
Take note: Each registration is valid for one individual only, so if you have two or more kids at home, make sure you register them individually. The workshop fee is P499.
By joining Create 2021: McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Online Workshop, the kids get to do the following:
Receive their own McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Kit
Prior to the first day of the workshop, McDonald’s will be sending out the Kiddie Crew Workshop Meal and Kit. It comes with a 1-piece Chicken McDo Happy Meal alongside the Kiddie Crew Kit, which includes the following goodies: Kiddie Crew Cap, Kiddie Crew Bag, Kiddie Crew Chef’s Hat, and Kiddie Crew Apron.
Workshop participants get to receive a free Kiddie Crew Shirt and Kiddie Crew Lanyard, too! A complete package, just like the usual Kiddie Crew Workshop done face-to-face.
Roam around the McDonald’s virtual store
One of the highlights of the Kiddie Crew Workshop is letting the kids explore every corner of a McDonald’s store. Thanks to the Internet, the kids can still go around McDonald’s through their screens! This interactive virtual adventure allows kids to go behind the cashier, check out the play area, and explore the activity area exclusively crafted for the workshop, among others!
Meet beloved McDonald's characters
Before the digital adventure starts, Ronald McDonald, together with the other McDo çharacters, Birdie the Early Bird, Grimace, and Hamburglar, will first greet the kids and welcome them. While they’re at it, take the chance to take their photos together for some keepsakes!
Participate in fun games and activities
Aside from exploring the virtual McDonald’s store, there are other activities for the young ones. The kids will be able to experience hands-on activities in the virtual McDonald’s store, do arts and crafts, play digital games, and participate in the talent workshop where they will learn the Ronald Dance and the Kiddie Crew Anthem, and enjoy some dance craze sessions with their fellow Kiddie Crew.
These activities are crafted in a way that would instill Kiddie Crew Values in the kids—discipline, hard work, active play, teamwork, sharing, and responsibility.
