  • In four days, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale will happen for the first time in Metro Manila, all day and night (yes, it's open for 24 hours) at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Admission is free for the 10 days it will be here (February 16 to 25). The book fair claims to be the world’s biggest one, and it has been held in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

There will be 2 million brand new books at 60 to 80% off. In fact, book shoppers at past Big Bad Wolf fairs even bring luggage with wheels, so they can take home as much books as they want.

Worried about the crowd? Big Bad Wolf Books informed Smartparenting.com.ph that there will be 42 cashiers open, with plans for priority lanes for pregnant women, PWDs, senior citizens, and those with 10 books or less.

“Our venue is properly ventilated and has facilities for families who would want to take breaks in between shopping. There will also be breastfeeding areas for moms,” they added.
