Van Gogh Alive! Where to Buy and Ticket Prices for the Highly Anticipated Exhibit

  • Visiting art exhibits is one of the best ways for families to experience and appreciate art. This month, one of the most famous and highly anticipated exhibits in the world, Van Gogh Alive, is coming to Manila!

    Van Gogh Alive is a digital art exhibit about the classic works of Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh. The paintings will be projected onto walls, ceilings, and floors and set to classical music and unique lights, creating an immersive and stimulating exhibition experience.

    The exhibition features Van Gogh’s works created from 1880 to 1890 in the French communes of Arles, Saint Rémy, and Auvers-sur-Oise. Grande Exhibitions, which created Van Gogh Alive, also shares that photos and videos have been augmented with the paintings to demonstrate Van Gogh’s sources of inspiration.

    Tickets to Van Gogh Alive are quickly running out, so make sure to get yours soon! You can purchase your tickets at The Mind Museum in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the exhibition’s official ticketing partner, or at the exhibition site on the 4th floor of Bonifacio High Street. If you want to avoid long lines, you can also purchase your tickets on The Mind Museum website or at the Van Gogh Alive Philippines website.

    Each ticket is assigned to a specific time slot for the tours, which take place from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Ticket prices are at Php750 for adults and Php450 for children and students (up to college). Children 2 feet and below may enter the exhibition for free and students may be asked to present a valid school ID.

    Note that discounts for senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) cannot be used on online ticket purchases, only upon presentation of a valid ID at the ticket booth. Only a maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased per transaction.

    Once you have your ticket, make sure to be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your assigned time slot because tickets are non-refundable and will not be valid for other time slots or exhibition dates.

    Van Gogh Alive will be held at 4/F One Bonifacio High Street, 28th Street cor. 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The Van Gogh ticket booth is open from Mondays to Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., starting October 26, 2019.

    The Mind Museum is located at J.Y. Campos Park, 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The Mind Museum ticket booth is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
