Family Weekend Itinerary: Where to Go, Eat and Shop on December 1-3
  • It's a payday weekend! Make the most out of it and enjoy quality bonding time with the family. Do something fun, eat good food, shop and unwind. Need ideas? Here are a several things happening this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you might want to check out:

    What to do

Magical Field of Lights in Nuvali

The Magical Field of Lights in Nuvali has returned even better and brighter than last year’s award-winning Christmas spectacle. More than 5,000 bulbs light up the field, and blink and change color to Christmas songs. Where last year visitors only watched from a distance, now there’s an area you can walk around and explore! If you're up for the drive, head to Nuvali, Laguna and catch the once-a-year treat. Shows are from 6 to 8 p.m., every 30 minutes, every day until Jan. 8 next year.

    McDo Stripes Run

There's still time to register the whole family for the McDo Stripes Run: Run for Reading happening this Sunday, Dec. 3, at the Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. For every sign-up, McDo donates one reading kit to a public school. Your runner's kit, on the other hand, will include a McDo breakfast meal, a pair of striped socks, a Stripes Run shirt, and the race bib. No one has to stay home too. There are designated races for kids of every age and families who want to run together. Register at participating McDo branches. Find more details here.
