Market Cafe introduces interactive dining with its unique and innovative concept of show kitchens and live cooking. This dining spot is surely gaining popularity as “the dining place” in the Manila area and definitely as the “premier choice”.
Market Cafe greets you with an array of baskets filled with freshly crafted fruits and vegetables by Filipino artisans. Designed by the Hong Kong-based, world-renowned Bilkey Llianas Design, modern is crossed with inspirations from finely made Filipino baskets, giving it a relaxing, cozy, modern, Filipino ambience.
Open from 6:00am to 11:00pm daily, Market Café is an all-day dining restaurant, with a self-service market style set-up, where cooking is elevated to performance art. A gallery of show kitchens and live cooking stations featuring international cuisine and using only the freshest seasonal products available. Market Café serves à la minute dishes, cooked in small portions, so that no chafing dishes are required.
There is always something new in the menu. There is a wide selection of dishes with several stations to choose from, each with its own unique flavor and style. There are four main show kitchens where food is cooked right in front of the guest as requested and three food stations to add to the variety.

The Western Kitchen showcases authentic European and American cuisine straight off the grill, oven, pan or spit (rotisserie) and onto your plates. To just a bite of Whole baby Lamb Cutlets on Skewers, add a spoon full of Sautéed Green Beans with Bacon and send your taste buds off to savoury heaven. This kitchen also offers a variety of Pizzas, like the fanciful Frutti di mare, with scallops, mussels, clams, prawns and basil pesto, and Pastas like the sensational Spaghetti with garlic, chili, sun-dried tomatoes and extra virgin oil, which will surely make you beg for more.
