This soup recipe is the perfect pick-me-upper during 'ber month's cold weather.
On stressful days, have this as you take fifteeen minutes of peace and quiet away from the daily grind, maybe while reading a few pages of your current book, and it could refresh and recharge you straightaway.
You can also share it with your kids! It's also a surefire hit combo—potatoes and cream cheese! And did we mention it's super easy to make?
Serves 5 to 6
Here's why you'll need:
2 Knorr Chicken Cubes 1 large onion, diced 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 liter water 1 (8-ounce) bar cream cheese, softened chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
1 In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine chicken cubes, onion, and potatoes. Add water. Heat over medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool, about 5 to 10 minutes.
2 Process in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture back to the pan. Add cream cheese and stir over medium heat until melted. Pour evenly into 5 to 6 bowls. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
