According to Cruz, Office 2010 offers users flexibility and choice through features that help people work anywhere, collaborate better, and bring ideas to life.
Microsoft Office 2010 has more editing and formatting capabilities, with applications that increase the visual impact of documents and presentations, as well as enhance creativity. Moreover, Office 2010 features Office Web Apps which allows users to store Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote files online, allowing anyone to access, view and edit documents from anywhere.
OneNote: Blogging Tool
Microsoft Office OneNote 2010 is a favorite of The Dawn lead vocalist and Office 2010 Icon Jett Pangan. Jett maintains a blog to regularly communicate with fans and utilizes OneNote to jot down thoughts and ideas, which he later develops into entries. Jett also records audio files and writes lyrics using this application.
“With OneNote, I’m able to keep the ideas that I have in one place. Discovering the new functionalities of Microsoft Office has made blogging easier and more fun,” he said. “Tasks that used to take me several steps can now be accomplished with one click of the mouse.” So, mommy or daddy bloggers can now organize their online journals easily with this tool.

Productivity Suite for Busy Moms (at Home and at Work)
Host, teacher and mom Issa Litton is another icon who shared her take on Microsoft’s latest productivity suite. “Working moms like me juggle several tasks and Excel is a handy tool for one of the things that I manage, which is our household budget,” said Issa. “The new features of Excel allow me to analyze our expenses in one glance. With a few clicks I can pinpoint where we can trim our spending or identify which month we were able to make a lot of savings,” she said.
Issa also uses Excel to manage the financial aspect her professional life. “I like to keep things organized and Excel helps me maintain an up-to-date record of my finances that I can easily track. Because of this, I don’t have to sort through a lot of paperwork and I save a lot of time when I do my accounting,” she said.
She noted that the powerful new features of Microsoft Office 2010 enable her to have a great work and home life balance by giving her the capability to finish her tasks efficiently and easily, be it in her personal or professional life, from Excel for budgeting to Powerpoint presentations for her students.
