  • We Filipinos are known for our hospitality; we are known for treating guests who stay at our home very well. One way to give visitors the VIP treatment is by making sure the rooms they stay in are clean and complete with all the essentials. If you are preparing to host guests in your home, try these seven tips to get your bathroom well-prepared!

    Clean the bathroom consistently

For daily maintenance, scrub the inside of the toilet and wipe down the toilet’s exterior, the mirror, and the sink. If you use a shower curtain, keep it closed to prevent mildew growth. The Spruce recommends letting your kids help you prepare small kits containing these essentials for your guests to use.

    Update your old bath mat

Replacing your old and dirty bath mat with a new and soft one is one simple way to spruce up your guest bathroom instantly! Try getting one that comes in unique prints and colors that go along well with the interior of your bathroom.
