Dani Barretto is excited to move into their "forever home."
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) held on Monday, June 20, 2022, the celebrity mom revealed that she and her husband Xavi Panlilio have already begun the construction of their new home.
"We just recently bought a lot so we’re building a house very soon," Dani told PEP.ph at the Watsons Switch and Save Shopping Party held at SM Megamall.

She continued, "So that’s gonna be the next big step for us sa family."
It's been two years since Dani and her family moved into their home, which she previously revealed was a gift from her husband's parents.
Dani said their new house will be completed by the first quarter of 2023, if there will be no delays in the construction.
"Probably by first quarter next year, okay na yung bahay namin. Nag-i-start na [yung construction], and, hopefully, matapos on time. Wala nang [delay].

"Sana smooth sailing na from here on out."
THE PANLILIO'S FOREVER HOME
Much like their current residence, their new home will also have a modern-minimalist aesthetic.
Dani explained, "Hindi rin kami yung masyadong maraming gamit. Like, in a sense, that how minimalistic it’s going to be.
"But the overall look, it’s very modern."
Dani added that their new home will have more space for their daughter Millie and their future kids.
She revealed, "We always knew naman what we want for our forever house. We call it our forever house na kasi we plan na dun na talaga kami forever.
"Alam naman namin na yung bahay namin ngayon, it’s just parang for now, kasi nga tatlo pa lang kami. But this house kasi, we’ve been…
"Parang dream namin ito na buti na lang na-reach na namin yung goal, kasi if we wanted to give our kids like a bigger space to be able to run, to move, and a peaceful environment to grow."
