Blessings continue to pour for Olympic heroine Hidilyn Diaz.
On August 18, 2021, the pride of Zamboanga formally received the house and lot promised to her by Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Bambol Tolentino. It was part of her incentives for winning the country's first-ever Olympic gold medal.
The construction of single-detached houses for each of the country's three other medalists — Nesthy Petecio, Carlo Paalam and Eumir Marcial — have also started, which are courtesy of the Philippine Olympic Committee as well.
Spin.ph also reports the exclusive Tagaytay Highlands has given Hidilyn a lifetime membership. The residential communuty has an 18-hole championship golf courses and guest rooms with scenic views of Mt. Makiling, Laguna de Bay, and more.
