Located at Palanca St, Quapo Manila, it houses hundreds of costumes and props for UN, Halloween and birthday parties.
UN dresses start at P350.00. Animal head dresses like lion, bee, giraffe and full body costumes are also available, as well as Disney Princess costumes like Ariel and Snow white.

3. Maning's Lace Center
This popular shop which started as a lace center in the 70s is now a bridal and costume center run by Maning's son, designer Willie So. With 25 years experience in designing dresses, costumes and gowns, his reputation has reached overseas fame to Filipino communities in the US who would order Filipiniana costumes from his shop.
Customers can pick costumes and props displayed at the front of his store, or bring along their design and children for estimation and fitting. Willie even helps customers with their budget by suggesting that they bring an old or borrowed gown and he can modify these for only P500.00.
The displays of his RTW line in their spacious shop are all unique. They also have much wider choices and rates comparable to department stores.

Family Feather Shop
Located at Yangco building Ilaya Street in Divisoria, this shop is popular for selling and making costumes. Family Feather houses artist Manny Soriano who is good in fabricating costumes, props, head dresses and even mascots.
Onie Tadena, known as purplemom in Smart Parenting forums got a very attractive Thai head dress for her daughter's UN costume at this shop. More costume shops can be found at the same building at Tabora side.

Bumblebee can customize any kiddie outfit you have in mind. They use fabrics that are friendly on baby's skin. Simple designs can be worked on in 2 weeks. Costumes for babies start at P3.500 with 50% down payment and 50% upon pick up.
For the busy parent, you can grab ready-to-wear animal costumes from Bumblebee at any Rustan’s Dept. Store. This Buzz Lightyear costume was made by Bumblebee for Dyan Cortez's son. She is also known as supermom07 at the SP Forums.

Baby Fashionistas
Baby Fashionista is one of the highly recommended couture shop for kids by Mommy members of the SP Forums. They can design gowns, dresses and costumes according to the client's theme.
Their shop is located at Sta. Mesa Manila and they also have an RTW line at Eastwood Mall and SM North EDSA. Each order can be made for at least 4 weeks. Non-Manila residents can place their orders and designs via e-mail, indicating their baby's measurements. Payment can be made through the bank and costume/gown is shipped via commercial air courier.
Pierre (in photo) had this Race car Driver costume ordered by his Mommy Anne at Baby Fashionista. They got the costume made even before the agreed period of 6 weeks and she was happy with the accommodating staff and the entire business deal.

Gayak Art Edge
Gayak is a division of the advertising company Art Edge Enterprise. Gayak is composed of young and elderly Angono artists. They are trained for theatricals and their list of clients ranges from individuals, groups and corporations. TV and movie fantasy or anime-themed costumes are some of their specialties.
Clients can call or e-mail their ideas and their artist can work on these immediately. Once a good design has been finalized and the client approves, the body measurements are then taken.
Gayak Studio is located in Angono but staff can meet up with clients in QC, Ortigas or Makati and 50% down payment is required.
Costumes of simple design can be finished in less than a week. A good quality and full body costume complete with accessories can range from P2,000 up. Single props like the Mad Hatter's hat can cost only P500.
October is a busy month for Gayak people. Popular orders aside from Jack Sparrow is the Davy Jones head gear which is commercially rare.

Rosie's Bridal Center
Known as a rental shop for gowns for formal occasions, gowns and dresses for little girls are also available here. Being a fairy or a princess for a day need not be costly. Rosie's rents out gowns from P500 with a refundable bond fee of P300-P500 pesos. Garments can be rented out for a week and that gives your little angel more time to be her favorite character.

Camp Suki 
Camp Suki is the most popular costume rental shop that houses over a thousand costumes and head dresses. They rent out costumes for 2 days. Reserve a costume the day before the occasion and it must be returned the day after. Rate starts at P850. A refundable deposit of P1,000 is required. It is better to bring the kid along to try on costumes for size. Animal costumes are available. With thousands of themed costumes for adults, Mom and Dad too can join the fun.

CCP
CCP has a costume shop where you can rent out costumes used on their plays. Gowns, Filipiniana, Figaro coats and more. A Letter of request and Borrowers form can be filled out in their office. Other than rental charges, laundry and deposit fees apply.
Average rental rate is P2,500. Over 100,000 costumes for all ages are available and can be rented out for a period of 1 week. Penalty charges apply if the costume isn't returned on time.
