Since the enhanced community quarantine started, there hasn’t been a need for casual clothes or workwear because many of us are just in our pambahay even while working at home. The downside is, we might be running out of decent pieces — many of us still wear our pambahay from 20 years ago! Luckily, the SM Store is now open for delivery of home, hygiene, and clothing essentials including underwear, sleepwear, loungewear, and more!

How to order essentials from The SM Store

You can shop safely at home by using SM Store’s ‘Call to Deliver’ service. Contact the branch nearest you and they will be the one to prepare the items you want to purchase and have it delivered to your doorstep. Here’s how it works:

Browse the SM Store’s catalog of essentials, which can be found here. Take note of the items you want to purchase. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Step 2. Select the branch nearest you

Call or text your preferred SM Store. Make sure to contact them between 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Orders will be processed and confirmed within this period.
