Andi Eigenmann's Letter To Philmar Will Make You Cry: 'My Kids Are Lucky To Have You As Their Papa'

On January 17, 2021, the Happy Islanders—Andi Eigenmann, Philmar Alipayo, Ellie, and Lilo—welcomed Baby Koa into this world!

In a vlog uploaded to their YouTube channel, they take us through the day of his birth, which started with Andi having a super early breakfast at 4:00 a.m.

 While waiting for the scheduled C-section, she and Philmar are visibly nervous, which is completely normal.

Andi is eventually wheeled into the operating room and they wave goodbye.

Here's where you reach for a box of tissues. Andi tells Philmar to get her book (The Conscious Parent) and he finds a letter tucked inside.

The letter reads: "Mahal, here we go again. Hope you are as happy as I am that our baby is on the way. Thank you so much for everything! Thank you for always being by my side, for being my biggest support, for helping me to be strong and brave, and for inspiring me to be the best parent I can be to our kids. I am the happiest since you asked me to be yours forever and to be your partner in life, as we go through this experience with you. My kids are very lucky to have you as their papa. I love you!"

Philmar sheds a few tears while reading the letter (meanwhile, we're SOBBING).

The video also includes a few throwback clips, including one where ate Ellie sees Koa for the first time through an ultrasound.

Here's a sweet shot of ate Lilo—yeah, we can't believe it, either—kissing Andi's bump.

The video ends with a few cute moments of mama and papa with Koa.
