This Made our Day: Dad Dressed as Spider Man Surprises Terminally Ill Son

Jayden Wilson is a 4-year old boy from the United Kingdom. In September of 2013, he had a bad fall which left a bump on his head, and upon consultation with the doctors, was later diagnosed as a grade 4 brain stem tumor. He was given an average of one year to live.

This year, his dad Mike wanted to give his son an extra-special birthday gift as he turned five, so he pulled out all the stops to fulfill the little boy's dream of meeting his favorite superhero, SpiderMan. Watch how it went:
