The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (C.P.S.C.), joined with Health Canada recently announced the recall of over 10 million toys from children’s products company Fisher-Price. Consumers were strongly urged to stop using several models of tricycles, infant toys with inflatable toys, high chairs as well as wheelies for different hazards to children.
1. Roughly 7 million units of Fisher Price Trikes and Tough Trikes Toddler Tricycles were recalled because it was found that a child could hurt themselves with the protruding disc-shaped or D-shaped pretend plastic ignition key by striking, hitting or falling on it, possibly causing injury, even genital bleeding.

2. Around 2.8 million units of Fisher-Price Infant Toys with Inflatable Balls were recalled because the inflatable ball’s valve can at times come off, serving as a choking hazard to children.
