1) Improve your immune system.
Get regular exercise and practice a healthy lifestyle, this makes it easier for your body to fight off infection.Get 8 hours of sleep and avoid stress. Stress reduces the effectiveness of the immune system.Have a well-balanced diet. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
2) Keep those germs away.
Wash your hands frequently or keep a hand sanitizer or alcohol in your bag. Colds are passed on by the tiniest droplets, your hand may be contaminated with germs.Avoid touching your face.
