The Film
 
Avatar takes us to a spectacular world beyond imagination, where a reluctant hero embarks on an epic adventure, ultimately fighting to save the alien world he has learned to call home. The Story
 
This story follows Jake Sully, a former Marine confined to a wheelchair. Despite his broken body, Jake is still a warrior at heart. He is recruited to travel light years to the human outpost on Pandora, where corporations are mining a rare mineral that is the key to solve Earth’s energy crisis. Because the atmosphere of Pandora is toxic, they have created the Avatar Program, in which human “drivers” have their consciousness linked to an Avatar—a remotely controlled biological body that can survive in the lethal air. These Avatars are genetically engineered hybrids of human DNA mixed with the DNA from the natives of Pandora, The Na’vi.

This movie has earned rave reviews and has become an allegory of how we treat our own planet. Not too long ago, reality mirrored fiction when a tinder firm destroyed two dozen homes in an indigenous community in Malyasia . Parents can use this inspiring and visually appealing movie to teach their kids about how to work with Mother Nature and be environmentally friendly.

How to Claim Prizes
 
We will pick the winners on May 3, 2010. Winners will be informed that they won by May 5.  
Winners may only win once during the entire promo. This is to give others a chance of winning as well.Summit Media employees are not qualified to win.Winners will be informed through any of the following: e-mail, SMS or phone call. Winners will have two weeks to claim their prize from the time of the announcement.  If prizes are left unclaimed two weeks after May 21, winners forfeit their right to the claim their prize and prize ownership reverts back to Summit Media.Winners will also be posted on our website and e-newsletter. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID.In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize himself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative, and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented.
