Avi Siwa Files Criminal Complaint Against Vina MoralesThe first court hearing will be on February 14.by Rachel Perez .
Model Avi Siwa, who has a daughter with Vina Morales's current boyfriend, Marc Lambert, filed a criminal complaint for libel, slander by deed, and grave threats, and violation of Republic Act No 7610 or the Violation Against Women and Children (VAWC) Act, against the singer-actress. Avi sent a copy of her affidavit of complaint last February 1 to entertainment portal Pep.ph, which first reported the news.
According to Avi's affidavit, she and Vina had an altercation on December 4 at Bank, a bar in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Avi allegedly overheard the singer tell her friends, "Haha, ayan si Avi Siwa o. Buntis na naman nakakahiya at sinong ama? Haha." She said Vina also went to her and allegedly threatened to punch her and said, "Ano ha, tapang-tapang mong buntis ka! Pakita mo tapang mo ngayon!"ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
The complaint detailed Vina's other alleged statements. "Bastardo anak mo! At least si Ceana ni-recognize ni Cedric [Ceana is Vina's daughter with Cedric Lee] at malaki suporta…E, sa ’yo, 28k lang haha. Kawawa ka! Hindi kasi kayo mahal ni Marc…wala siyang pake sa inyo! Tapos sinundan mo pa ulit! Haha!" Other statements that Vina allegedly said to Avi are "Basagin ko mukha mo dito gusto mo?" and "Buti nga sa 'yo nabuntis ka! Malandi ka kasi!"
Avi said she could only reply, “Shut up you ugly bitch!” (Read the rest of the statements at here)ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
On her Instagram, Avi said she decided to go public only after she heard that Vina posted a stance against bullying on her Instagram account. She also added that Vina's post instigated the singer's followers to bash Avi. "This was a very hard decision because we are both mothers & have daughters, but her bullying & lies have to stop," Avi wrote in the caption. "She posted that 'anti-cyberbullying' because she knows I'm not backing down and she failed to convince me through my friends to not sue her. She pleaded that I don't pursue the case and just forget about everything," she continued. Avi and Vina's case will have its first hearing on February 14.
