On Wednesday, June 17, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto celebrated his 31st birthday by working. He warned anyone to refrain from organizing a surprise party for him. Parties are mass gatherings, after all, and are prohibited under general community quarantine due to COVID-19.
But his mom, actress Coney Reyes, marked his son's birthday by sharing his baby photos on her Instagram. She didn't violate any rules her son set, but it was still a party of sorts.
