  • Experts say, plants give us a sense of accomplishment, which in turn helps us feel calmer and less anxious.

No wonder so many moms, dads, and even celebrities became plantitos and plantitas during the pandemic.

A lot of us have also started considering life in the province. After all, if you can do your work from home, might as well settle where the air is fresh and living expenses are cheaper.

If you're thinking of moving to the province soon, take inspiration from actress, singer, and now vlogger, Zsa Zsa Padilla.

She started her YouTube channel just four months ago. Now it has over 100,000 subscribers. Here she features her adventures in their farm, Casa Ezperanza, in Lucban, Quezon, where she has been staying.

"I started around August and I planned to do it because I thought I had something new to offer—my life in the province," she said.

"Farming is not a relaxing job," she explained. "It's very hard work, it's manual labor."

She also talked about how she finds it fulfilling to feed people healthy food. "Kasi ang daming benefits ng organic produce," she said. "Napakaraming benepisyo sa katawan, kasi nga, hindi ka gumagamit ng synthetic na insecticide."

Watch this video to learn more about Zsa Zsa's life in the province and if it's something you and your family can try, too.
