“This is the loudest crowd I’ve ever heard!” Blackpink Rose said, in the middle of the cheers of more than 40,000 Filipino Blinks in the Day 1 of their Blackpink: Born Pink Concert.
Blackpink, the internationally-renowned KPop all-girl group, had to add a second day to their initially one-day concert in the Philippine Arena. That’s how much Filipinos love them!
And it’s not only the Filipino Blinks (Blackpink fans) who are thrilled, but also Blackpink themselves!
“Such crazy energy here in Manila! So happy I got to celebrate my pre-birthday together with my BLINKS,” Lisa wrote in her IG, together with some photos on the back stage of the concert. She also celebrated her pre-birthday here.
Lots of celebrities attended the concert, such as Sanya Lopez and Cacai Bautista who attended together and shared their journey from standing in line to watching the VIP soundcheck.

But some of the cutest snaps from the 2-day event is when parents brought their kids to the concert, and enjoyed singing and dancing to Blackpink songs together!

It was kind of funny that Doug, a former basketball player, also enjoyed the songs of Blackpink! He wrote in his IG, “I came as a bodyguard, I came out entertained. Wow! Black Pink are truly world class performers! Blink na ako!”
He even joked that he already has a bias, “Btw, my bias is Rose! Jk @chekakramer!"
We can’t blame him, though! Doug went to the concert with Kendra, Scarlett and their friend. Kendra even shared her OOTD for the concert, and she went all black!

Nikka Garcia, wife of Patrick Garcia, shared in her IG, “I love you, Michelle! Ohh, the things we will do for you!” Maybe one of the youngest Blink fans, Michelle is only 11 yrs old but never held back to celebrate the concert. She came with the full package: black and pink OOTD, the famous Blackpink lightstick, cat-eye make-up and Kitty headband. She wrote in her own IG, “Another date to remember- Blackpink Born Pink World Tour Manila. Thank you mommy and daddy! I Love you!”

Isabel Oli-Prats shared a super cute photo with her daughter Feather in her IG, “Twinning vibes forever with my @featherprats. Shoutout to my hubbah @johnprats! JSYK, he went out of his way to acquire tickets just for our daughter and I to watch Blackpink's concert because he knows that we both adore ‘em! Still feeling amazing after last night's concert!"
The mother-daughter duo wore twinning outfits on the concert, wearing oversized Blackpink T-shirts and boots, and even their sling bags are almost identical. Both of them are Blinks!

Though Yasmien can’t come to the concert herself, she proudly shared her daughter’s concert outfit, a rockstar all-black OOTD with leather jacket, studded inner shirt and knee-high boots. Of course, she also has the famous Blackpink lightstick to complete the look.
Like the Kramers, Dad Rey Soldevilla went to the concert with her daughter. What a cute duo! He shared in his IG account, "Took my daughter to her first ever live concert - just crazy happy to see her idols. And she rocked an outfit too."
