To claim your prize:

• Winners will need to e-mail back their full name that matches with a valid I.D. to be presented when claiming their prizes.
• Two weeks will be given for the claiming of prizes from the time of the announcement of winners.
• Prizes can be claimed at the 6F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550.
• If prizes are left unclaimed until December 18, 5:00 p.m., winners forfeit their right to the claim their prize and prize ownership reverts back to Smartparenting.com.ph.
• Our office is not open during Saturdays and Sundays.

NOTE: The Picture Company GCs expire on December 31, 2009, so we are highly urging the above winners to hurry and claim their prizes. Should these be left unclaimed, we will be re-raffling the prizes.
