The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is opening around 10,000 online appointment slots for passport application daily from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Aside from this, the DFA is also visiting various parts of the country as part of its Passport on Wheels project, which fast-tracks passport applications and renewals. According to a report by SunStar Cebu, the program involves two mega vans which each serve 800 to 1,000 applications per day.

The DFA’s Passport on Wheels program has already visited several cities and municipalities in the Philippines, but there are some events still happening in approaching weeks. Take note that only pre-registered applicants are entertained at each event.
