DFA Opens 10,000 Passport Applications Slots Daily, Holds Passport On Wheels Program

  • The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is opening around 10,000 online appointment slots for passport application daily from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    Aside from this, the DFA is also visiting various parts of the country as part of its Passport on Wheels project, which fast-tracks passport applications and renewals. According to a report by SunStar Cebu, the program involves two mega vans which each serve 800 to 1,000 applications per day.
