Cute babies are instant stress relievers. They make our hearts melt when they smile, try out their voice, and make a face (without knowing they're doing so, which makes it funnier). And once they start talking, they become "happy pills," much like how Scarlet Snow Belo's videos have become for us. Well, we're adding two new "kagigil" babies on our radar, and they are twins!
The twin boys, Michael and Daniel, belong to Jerika Ejercito and Miguel Aguilar, and we are thankful that the couple has been posting photos of their double bundles of joy on their Instagram. The parents also have great humor as illustrated by the onesies the boys have worn.
And as adorable as they are, the twins, who were born last January 18, are hard work. Almost a month ago, the daughter of former president-now-mayor Joseph "Erap" Estrada had shared a photo that showed her feeding the twins where she couldn't help but comment, "My hands are literally full."
"No yaya, no problem. Yes, my hair is messy like our mornings. I barely slept, not my finest look nor is it my most glamorous but definitely my finest hour as a mother."
Reflecting on her life as a mom of three now (the twins have a kuya Isaiah), Jerika says she and her husband agreed they must treasure these "fleeting" moments because they "make up our lives, the life we are lovingly building for our three demanding, time-consuming, precious boys."
Jerika also shared a beautiful post about embracing your post-pregnant body. She went to have her first workout at the gym after giving birth, and while she had a lot of work to do, she's taking her own time and keeping stories of moms who have gotten their pre-pregnant body back as inspiration.

"This body produced three amazing, healthy boys, and this body deserves to be loved and accepted by none other than myself," Jerika wrote. "It took my body nine months to grow not one but two healthy boys! I’ve got the battle scars and giggly parts to show for, and I am sure as hell proud of it!" she said.
"It’s not about how I lose the baby weight. It’s not how I am supposed to look. It’s about my boys, their need to feel loved at all times, their need for attention and their need to be nurtured."
