  • It's only her second baby (she hopes to have five!), but already, Marian Rivera continues to set the bar high when it comes to maternity shoots. This time, her husband Dingdong Dantes and soon-to-be big sister Zia, 3, join her.

"My dream of becoming a mother and having my own big family is unfolding one by one," Marian wrote as a caption for one of the maternity photos she shared on Instagram. "We are thrilled to be welcoming our Baby Boy soon, but before that, I thought of sharing some of my best kept preggy tips and secrets!" she said, promoting the newly uploaded video on The Dantes Squad YouTube channel.

In the video, Marian answers the questions her fans and followers have been wanting to ask her. She shared her thoughts on being pregnant the second time around and what she's busy with while waiting for her baby boy to arrive. A few weeks ago, she officially announced that she's already on maternity leave from work duties.

Marian's maternity photos, shot by renowned photographer Pat Dy, followed different themes. Aside from ethereal shots, she did a "belly" shoot with Dingdong and Zia, where they all raised their shirts to reveal their bellies. Another shoot had an almost all-white setup with just Marian and Zia, who both wore white tops. The expectant mom, already in her third-trimester, was still able to carry her toddler.

Aside from their black and bare belly intimate couple maternity photos, Marian and Dingdong also had maternity couple shots with a motorbike theme — don't worry, the motorcycle was not moving and was safely parked for the shoot. The soon-to-be dad of two had recently re-discovered his love for motorbikes (the couple had a photo taken riding one back in 2009).

Apart from having professional maternity photo shoots, Marian documents her pregnancy by never failing to take a photo during her prenatal checkups. "Lahat ng pwedeng pagkakataong na para pikturyan ko yung tiyan ko, gagawin ko," Marian said, including ultrasound scans and random videos of her moving baby bump.

It's not lost on anyone who has seen Marian's maternity shoots that she looks as radiant as ever and beaming with that pregnancy glow. Her baby bump also looks nearly flawless in shape and without any stretch marks. How does she manage to do it?

It helps, Marian explained in the video, that she's been living healthily even before she got pregnant. She diligently follows her doctor's do's and don'ts when it comes to her diet. She, however, admitted that she's guilty of indulging on sweets more so now than when she was pregnant with Zia. Thankfully, her blood sugar test remains within reasonable limits.

The Kapuso actress has been vocal about wanting to have a large family and was thankful to be pregnant again at the right time. She even told her followers to not fear getting pregnant and the changes that come with it. "Hindi pa nga lumalabas, hinihiling ko, isa pa," Marian quipped.

Next on her to-do list while waiting for her baby boy to arrive is to start pregnancy Pilates next month. Marian's doctor said it will help her push more efficiently, come D-day. She's also been reading up on how to deal with pregnancy while having a toddler, as well as juggling mom duties between a toddler and a newborn. She's also been prepping for breastfeeding by adding malunggay in all her meals.

Because she has Zia, Marian already knows what to expect and what to prepare for. Dingdong has been helping fix the nursery, while Marian had already prepped the little boy's clothes and everything she would need once she gives birth. She's also grateful for her mom, lola, mom-in-law, and sisters-in-law whom she could ask for advice anytime on having more than one child "kasi yung experience nila ay baka kaya kong i-apply sa akin," Marian said.

"Para sa akin, ang pagkakaroon ng isang anak, miracle yan," Marian said. "Kaya ang laki-laking pasasalamat namin kay Lord kasi hiniling namin ito at ipinagkaloob sa amin," she added. Marian said she'll be forever thankful for having a loving husband and being a mom. "Ito ang nagpakumpleto ng buhay ko talaga," she said.
