Marlon Stockinger is the "biological dad" of her twins, former model reveals

Formel model Kit Barraquias has come out to say that race car driver Marlon Stockinger, who made news recently when he asked 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach to be his girlfriend, is the father of her seven-year-old twin daughters. In an exclusive interview with Pep.ph, Barraquias said that she and Marlon were in a relationship for almost a year, and broke up when she was four months pregnant. "We had twins. He's the biological dad," she says, and that "He [Marlon] hasn't seen the girls ever."

According to her, she didn't want to "be the one to ruin [Marlon's] racing career". As to whether she has ever asked for his financial support, Barraquias replied, "Why would I ask? I'm working." She added, "I'm over and done." (pep.ph)

Yesterday, Carmina posted on Instagram photos taken during the twins' school recognition day, where both Mavy and Cassy received awards for deportment, and Gold and Silver awards. She's probably tired of being asked the same question now, but actress Assunta de Rossi doesn't seem to mind. She has been married to former Rep Jules Ledesma since March 2004 but has yet to conceive a child of their own (Ledesma has two children from his late wife). "Kung dalawa lang kami ok lang, but we have to think of hundreds and hundreds of workers" who work on their "28-million square-meter" sugar plantation in San Carlos, Negros Occidental. Toni on postpartum depression: "Dadaan ka sa self-pity."

First-time mom Toni Gonzaga spoke in detail about her own experience with postpartum depression at a recent press conference for ABS-CBN's The Voice Teens, which she will host. 

“Halimbawa, tapos na akong mag-breastfeed, siyempre, ang sakit na ng chest ko, ang sakit na ng lahat. Pupunta ako sa CR, magbibihis ako 'tapos iiyak siya [Baby Seve] at maririnig ko. Kapag umiiyak siya, sabi ko, 'Umiiyak na naman siya. Ano na naman ang kailangan niya?' [So] Naiiyak din ako, magdadrama rin ako."

She stresses that postpartum depression is real, and should not be taken lightly. “Totoo ang postpartum [depression] ha, hindi siya biro. May ganun pala talaga, dadaan ka sa self-pity," she confirms, which is why she advices new moms to have a more open communication with family and friends.
