New moms quickly discover that leaving the baby behind for the first time after giving birth can be tough, even when you are going away for an hour. But when you need to leave her behind for days, well, the separation anxiety is real, as celebrity mom Sitti Navarro-Ramirez recently shared on her Instagram Stories.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
The first-time mom left for a gig in Malaysia yesterday, September 26, 2019, leaving her 10-month-old daughter, Issiah Dañelle Ramirez, a.k.a. Lilibubs, for three consecutive nights for the first time.
“I will miss you, baby girl. I’ll see you Sunday, baby girl. Be a good girl, okay?” Sitti wrote on Instagram. “[I] Can’t believe I’ll be away from this little one for three consecutive nights,” she added. “I don’t know how you guys do it. I know Lilibubs will be okay, but I’m not sure about me, hehe,” Sitti wrote, adding the separation was giving her “OFW feels.”
“Sa mga OFW tsaka sa mga nagtatrabaho nang malayo sa kanilang mga anak at pamilya, bilib ako sa inyo,” Sitti wrote on Instagram Stories. “Isang gabi pa nga lang miss ko na anak ko. Iniisip ko pa lang yung tatlong gabi, lungkot na lungkot na ako,” she adeed.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
In her Instagram Stories, it seemed Sitti was trying to cope by kissing and cuddling her daughter non-stop.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
The Philippine’s Bossanova Queen is set to sing at the Kuching Waterfront Jazz Festival in Kuching, Malaysia. Initially, she and husband Joey Ramirez were supposed to bring Lilibus with them, but they decided against it. Currently, there’s a haze situation in Kuching due to the forest fires in neighboring Indonesia.
“We don’t want to risk her developing respiratory illnesses. It’s safer for her if she stayed,” Sitti explained.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
After she arrived at the airport, Sitti wanted updates about her daughter. “Masaya siya, Sits, kahit wala ka, hahaha! But really thankful to our Lord for gifting us with a trusted staff,” the singer wrote.
Sitti and Lilibubs also had their first video call after landing in Kuala Lumpur and before flying to Kuching.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
When the couple made it to their destination, the Lilibub updates kept on coming — and will probably be the case until Sitti and Joey come back from their trip.
