2. Breast milk is not a super food for adults
We all know the numerous benefits of breast milk to babies, but unfortunately it does not do the same for grownups. British specialists at the Global Health and Policy Unit at Queen Mary University of London said there was little evidence to support claims that breast milk is a super food that can boost health and fitness or give protection against disease among adults. Nutritionally, breast milk has lower protein content than other milk like cow’s milk. It could be potentially hazardous if breast milk is used to replace a healthy balanced diet. The report was published in the Journal of Royal Society Medicine. (huffingtonpost.com)

The movie features the voices of Adam Sandler, Selena Gomes, Andy Samberg, Steve Buscemi, Keegan-Michael Key, David Spade, Mel Brooks, and Kevin James. “Hotel Transylvania 2” will premiere in theaters on September 25.
